Job
Responsibilities:
-
To supervise and manage day to day production planning and schedule
-
To assist the Operation Manager to plan, develop, establish and execute operation/production strategies to achieve efficiency and effectiveness
-
To coordinate different sections (fabrication, assembly and testing) within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control
-
To improve on work processes and equipment upgrades
-
To educate and ensure that all staff adhere to safety rules
-
To manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise
Job
Requirements:
-
Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
-
Minimum three years of working experience from marine and offshore / heavy equipment industry
-
Computer proficiency in MS Project / Excel and MS Word
-
Experience in supervisory and management go projects, people, work processes in a workshop setting
-
Good communication skills and ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Fresh Graduates will be considered
